Wak belyashi with milk dough in the oven
Wak-belyashi, that is, small pies filled with meat and vegetables, baked in the oven, are well suited to the festive table and for the everyday menu. The dough largely determines the taste of this pastry; it is kneaded on fermented milk products, and on milk with margarine or butter, and on water. According to this recipe, the dough is kneaded in milk with vegetable oil and dry yeast. For the filling, minced meat and potatoes are taken.
