Boil water in a kettle and measure out the required amount of boiling water with a glass. Pour boiling water into the dough in a thin stream and mix it again with a mixer. Leave the dough to proof for 30 minutes. During this time, it will become plastic and remain liquid. The thinner you make the dough, the thinner the pancakes will be.
Bake the pancakes in a well-heated skillet, grease it with oil before the first pancake. Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, spread over the surface in a thin, even layer. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Choosing a baking pan does matter. In a non-stick skillet, the pancakes take longer to bake and look different.
