Fast Yeast Pizza Dough with Dry Yeast

The classic recipe for quick yeast dough with dry yeast. Interestingly, such a dough is designed for different uses. If you immediately form a pizza and send it to the oven without proofing, then the product will turn out to be thin, with a crispy crust. If you let the dough rise and work with it after fermentation, then the finished pizza will have a porous, fluffy and soft base. In addition, this dough perfectly tolerates freezing - it can be stored well in the freezer for up to three months. From the specified number of ingredients, one large pizza or two medium pizzas of 25 centimeters each are obtained.

Pour the indicated amount of water into a bowl of a suitable size. The temperature of the liquid should be about forty degrees. Pour dry yeast into the water, stir. We leave for a couple of minutes so that all the granules disperse in the liquid.

Sift wheat flour into the resulting mass and add salt. With a spatula, we begin to knead the dough - powdery lumps will be obtained.

We switch to manual kneading and work for five to six minutes. During this time, the mass should gather into a ball and stop sticking to the hands and walls of the dishes. If the dough still sticks, then gradually add more flour: no more than one spoon at a time.

At this stage, the dough can already be used without proofing. The pizza will be thin and crispy. If there is time, we leave the dough in a warm place for an hour and a half: it should noticeably increase in volume, become porous. Divide the dough into two parts or use it in one piece to form one large pizza.

Roll out the matched dough five to six millimeters thick and lay out the filling to taste. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees on the lower or middle-lower level. Baking time is approximately twenty to twenty five minutes.
