Candied pumpkin with sugar in the oven at home

Peel the pumpkin, cut it in half and remove the seeds.

Place pumpkin in boiling syrup. When the syrup comes to a boil, reduce the temperature to minimum and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and leave the pumpkin for 10-15 hours.

Then put the pan on the fire again, boil the pumpkin for 10-15 minutes, cool it and put it on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and dry them for half an hour at 40 degrees.
