The preparation of the dish is very simple: peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, season with mayonnaise and spices, and put them on a baking sheet. The oven will do the rest.

Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil or cover with oiled parchment. Lay out the prepared potato wedges on a baking sheet. It is advisable that they do not touch each other. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees. We send a baking sheet with potato wedges into it to the middle level and bake for thirty five to forty minutes.
