Yeast pizza doughs are generally easier and faster to prepare than pizza doughs. The mass is kneaded, in the main, in a safety-free way and immediately put into proofing. This recipe is no exception: everything is prepared quickly and without unnecessary hassle. Thanks to careful kneading and precise proportions of dry and liquid ingredients, the crumb of the dough is soft and porous, but the crust is baked until it crunches. Pizza on this basis will always be delicious.

It is convenient to use a mixer with a special attachment to mix the dough ingredients. Pour the specified amount of warm water into the bowl. The temperature of the liquid should be about forty degrees. Pour in dry yeast, salt, granulated sugar and half of the specified volume of flour. We must first sift the flour in order to supply the dough with additional air. We also introduce olive oil.

We turn on the device and begin to knead the dough. If the mass is mixed by hand, it is convenient to use a rigid whisk. We achieve smooth uniformity. The mass turns out to be quite thick.
