Depending on the type of flour and its manufacturer, the product may have different characteristics. Therefore, the required amount may differ from that indicated in the recipe. We focus on the final consistency - soft, elastic, holding its shape.
After the specified time, the mass should rise well, become spongy and even softer. Divide the resulting dough into the required number of pieces and roll them into rounded pizza bases.
