The dough does not contain eggs, milk and butter - baked goods can be called lean and neutral in taste. This is perfect for pizza. As for the texture, it will be quite soft and porous, with a dense ruddy crust. You can choose any product for the filling - the dough behaves well with both wet and fatty foods.
