Yeast pancakes with milk and apples

Instead of the usual sandwiches and everyone's boring porridge, you can prepare yeast pancakes with milk and apples for your family for breakfast. Apples give these baked goods a sour note of freshness and need to be cut into pieces, because the taste of grated apple pancakes is radically different. The dough is kneaded with live yeast, but you can take fast-acting or dry ones in the amount of 7-8 grams.

Pour a little warmed milk into a bowl for kneading dough, put live yeast and a spoonful of sugar in it and stir well. Leave this mixture on for 10 minutes for the yeast to start working and a foam appears on the surface of the mixture.

Then salt this mixture, add 150 g of flour sifted on a sieve to it, mix again and put in a warm and draft-free place for 30 minutes.

During this time, the dough will rise well and increase in volume.

Add the rest of the sugar and flour to the risen dough, pour in the vegetable oil and knead the dough with a spoon. Cover the dishes with the dough with a napkin and put them back in the heat for 40 minutes. During this time, cut the apple into small cubes. Transfer the apple cubes to the risen dough, stir again.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil well. You can fry the pancakes in a Teflon skillet, but better in a cast iron one. With a spoon moistened with water or oil, spread the dough on a preheated frying pan, forming small pancakes and taking into account the fact that the pancakes with yeast will increase in volume during baking.
