It is prepared in a matter of minutes, as it flies off the table. It is perfect as a filler for yoghurt and cottage cheese, and as a sauce for pancakes and pancakes.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Put the saucepan with strawberry puree over medium heat, bring to a boil, not forgetting to stir constantly with a wooden spoon so that the jam does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Boil the puree for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat. Leave the jam to cool completely at room temperature. Then we put on fire again, boil for 5-7 minutes after boiling and remove from heat. We carry out this procedure 3-4 times until the jam is boiled down to the consistency you need.
We wash the jars for jam with baking soda and sterilize over steam for 3-4 minutes, then let the jars dry and spread hot jam over them. From the specified amount of ingredients, we got 500-600 grams of jam. Jam is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks, but they manage to eat it much faster!
