If you didn't have time to cook strawberry jam, but you have frozen strawberries, we share with you a recipe for a wonderful strawberry jam. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, as it flies off the table. It is perfect as a filler for yoghurt and cottage cheese, and as a sauce for pancakes and pancakes.

Strawberries, without defrosting, put in a saucepan with a thick bottom, cover with sugar and leave at room temperature for 6-8 hours, and preferably overnight.

Put the saucepan with strawberry puree over medium heat, bring to a boil, not forgetting to stir constantly with a wooden spoon so that the jam does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Boil the puree for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat. Leave the jam to cool completely at room temperature. Then we put on fire again, boil for 5-7 minutes after boiling and remove from heat. We carry out this procedure 3-4 times until the jam is boiled down to the consistency you need.

We wash the jars for jam with baking soda and sterilize over steam for 3-4 minutes, then let the jars dry and spread hot jam over them. From the specified amount of ingredients, we got 500-600 grams of jam. Jam is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks, but they manage to eat it much faster!
