Funchoza with minced meat and vegetables

Funchoza does not have its own bright taste, but it quickly absorbs the aromas of spices, sauces and additional ingredients. Because of this property, the noodles are suitable for salads and mixed dishes.

Wash the vegetables. Cut the radish and bell pepper into thin strips. Grate the carrots on a Korean salad grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop the tomatoes in a blender.

Fry the minced meat in sunflower oil for 12-15 minutes.

Add radish and bell pepper, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then add the carrots, add the onion after another 5-7 minutes. Simmer for a couple of minutes, then pour in the tomato mass. Cook over medium heat until excess moisture evaporates.

Add finely chopped jusai, ginger powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper and soy sauce to the skillet.

Pour the funchoza with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water, cut the noodles if necessary.
