Greek salad without olive oil
Olive oil isn't always on hand, and some people just don't like it. Greek salad can be prepared without it. To do this, take the usual vegetable oil and mix it with lemon juice. The result is simply amazing!
The classic Greek salad is made up of cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Dressed with olive oil or yogurt. But if you conjure a little, the taste of the dish can be decorated in such a way that it will be impossible to tear yourself away from it. The same Greek cheese (feta) can be easily replaced with ordinary feta cheese, suluguni or even Adyghe cheese. In addition to salt, sugar, oregano and even garlic are added to it.
