Khachapuri on the grill

Did you know that khachapuri can be cooked on the grill ?! I got this incredible idea from my friends. We were resting at the dacha, when suddenly someone offered to cook khachapuri using the grill. At first the idea seemed like a failure, but the result has surpassed itself.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance. Grate the Suluguni cheese on a coarse grater, transfer to a small bowl. Melt the butter over low heat, pour into a bowl of grated cheese, salt a little and mix well. Form a sausage from the resulting mass with your hands.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the puff pastry into strips and roll them out thinly.
step 3 out of 6
Spread the cheese mass on a skewer, and then wrap it with a thin strip of puff pastry.
step 4 out of 6
Use sharp scissors to cut the dough in several places. Fire up the grill in advance, achieve the perfect heat and lay out the skewers with khachapuri.
step 5 out of 6
Bake the khachapuri for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
step 6 out of 6
Serve ready-made khachapuri with kebabs with fresh vegetables. Khachapuri is very appetizing and crispy with a stretching suluguni filling.

Bon Appetit!
