How to pickle aspen mushrooms for the winter

Pickled aspen mushrooms can be prepared for the winter, the appetizer will complement your table all year round. The dish can be served as an independent dish, as well as used for preparing salads.

We wash the boletus under cold water. You can soak them in water for a while.

We clean the mushrooms from dirt and branches, then cut into medium-sized pieces.

Mix a liter of water with salt and bring to a boil. Then add mushrooms to the brine, cook for 7 minutes, periodically removing the foam.

We clean the cloves of garlic. Put them on a plate along with bay leaves, cloves and black peppercorns. We scald.
