Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We immediately take out kefir, butter and eggs from the refrigerator - let them warm up a little before making the dough. Sour milk will also work instead of kefir.
step 2 out of 7
In a wide bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer at high speed until a lush foam is formed.
step 3 out of 7
Then add alternately kefir and sifted flour, each time after adding, kneading well with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
step 4 out of 7
Place a piece of butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave, pour the liquid butter into the dough immediately, stir well. Lastly, pour baking powder over the dough and mix with a whisk. Let the dough stand for about five minutes.
step 5 out of 7
While the dough is resting, prepare a baking dish, grease it well with oil. We spread the dough in a mold and level the surface with a spoon or spatula.
step 6 out of 7
Peel the banana and cut into slices 5 millimeters thick. Place the banana circles on top of the dough in a mold. We put the form with the future cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to the middle level. Baking lasts 40-50 minutes, depending on the oven. At the end of baking, check the readiness with a match or a toothpick, sticking it into the middle of the cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
step 7 out of 7
We take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool. Cut into portions and serve.

Bon Appetit!
