When there is no time for cooking, but you want something tasty for tea, you can make a cake in five minutes. All you need to do is mix the ingredients well and the oven will do the rest. A honey-flavored muffin with a soft texture is the perfect slice for freshly brewed tea.

Break eggs into a wide bowl, pour in kefir, add liquid honey (hardened honey can be melted in the microwave if necessary), vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until the ingredients are completely mixed. Add flour and baking powder. Beat everything together again at medium speed. The dough is homogeneous, of medium density, poured from a spoon.
Grease the baking dish with butter. If the mold is silicone, then you do not need to lubricate with anything. Pour the resulting dough into the prepared mold. It's good if it is a special cupcake pan with a pipe in the middle, like in the photo. In such forms, muffins bake better and faster, they look very attractive.
We put the form with the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees on a medium level and bake for about 35 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven. As soon as the cake has risen well and is noticeably browned, we are preparing to take it out of the oven. If there are doubts about readiness - check with a toothpick or a match.
