We take eggs, fermented baked milk and butter out of the refrigerator in advance, we need them to be at room temperature. Beat eggs and sugar with a food processor at high speed until fluffy.

Reduce the speed on the food processor, add softened butter and fermented baked milk, beat for another minute.

Add sun-dried berries. Instead, you can use any dried fruit, candied fruit or finely chopped chocolate.

Sift flour into the dough, add baking powder and vanillin. Once again, mix everything well at a reduced speed. The consistency is not very thick dough.

If you are using metal muffin tins, grease them with butter or use paper muffin liners. We use a silicone mold - you don't need to lubricate it. We fill our molds by 2/3, the cupcakes will rise during the preparation process. We put the muffins in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
