Sift flour, add baking powder and vanillin. Gently add the dry mixture, stirring with a mixer at the lowest speed.

Grate the orange zest, carefully remove only the orange part. Add it to the dough.

Pre-cool the cream in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, so it will beat better. Pour the cream into a dry mixer bowl and beat, gradually adding the icing sugar. We carefully monitor the consistency, if there is a trace of the whisk on the cream, that's enough. The main thing is not to interrupt the cream, otherwise it will exfoliate.

Put the cream on top of the dough and stir gently with a spatula or spoon in a circular motion so as not to precipitate the cream.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter. If you use paper molds, you do not need to grease the form. We fill the forms 2/3, the cupcakes rise well - you should not put more dough. We put the muffins in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
