Gooseberry compote with orange for the winter

Adding orange to gooseberry compote transforms the taste of this drink unusually. The taste also depends on the number of fruits put in the jar: the more there are, the richer the taste. It is not necessary to peel the gooseberries from the tails, because no one eats the berries. Compote is prepared with honey and the method of double filling.
