
Blackberry compote without sterilization in 3-liter jars for the winter
Blackberry compote is much more economical than preparing it in the form of jam, since a rather healthy and tasty drink is obtained from a small volume of berries and sugar. This berry itself is a little sour, therefore, in the compote, it is supplemented with other berries and fruits, and more recently with citrus fruits, which improves the taste of the compote and gives it notes of freshness.
