We prepare the dough for kystyby with sour cream - it turns out to be a little flaky and very tender. Put a lot of fresh herbs in the potato filling - very aromatic! The ideal potato companion is undoubtedly dill. Do not forget about butter: generously grease ready-made cakes with it before serving. So they become much juicier and tastier.

To prepare the dough, send sour cream and vegetable oil to a bowl. Pour in a pinch of salt and shake with a whisk until the crystals dissolve. Then add the flour sifted through a fine sieve in parts and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it on the proving table for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Then we divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts. Use a rolling pin to roll out each part of the dough into a thin circle. Add more flour, if necessary, so that the dough does not stick while rolling.

In a preheated dry frying pan, fry the prepared dough cakes on both sides. Fry the plates at medium-high temperature for one and a half to two minutes on each side. We make sure that the dough does not burn.

Also add salt and black pepper to taste. We wash the dill greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. Pour the chopped dill in mashed potatoes, mix thoroughly - the filling is ready.
