We prepare the dough for kystyby with sour cream - it turns out to be a little flaky and very tender. Put a lot of fresh herbs in the potato filling - very aromatic! The ideal potato companion is undoubtedly dill. Do not forget about butter: generously grease ready-made cakes with it before serving. So they become much juicier and tastier.

To prepare the dough, send sour cream and vegetable oil to a bowl. Pour in a pinch of salt and shake with a whisk until the crystals dissolve. Then add the flour sifted through a fine sieve in parts and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it on the proving table for fifteen to twenty minutes.
After cooking, we completely drain the water, and knead the potatoes in mashed potatoes with a hand pusher. Heat the milk to a hot temperature and pour it into the puree. Also add salt and black pepper to taste. We wash the dill greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. Pour the chopped dill in mashed potatoes, mix thoroughly - the filling is ready.
