Kystyby with millet

Kystyby is a delicious dish of Caucasian cuisine. These are mouth-watering tortillas stuffed with potatoes, mushrooms, cheese or millet. Kystybai with millet turns out to be especially appetizing. It can be served for breakfast with tea. Delicious and aromatic, I just want some additives!

Sift the flour with a strainer, add 2 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork or spatula. Then knead the dough with your hands until it is elastic enough.

Divide the finished dough into several equal pieces. Each needs to be rolled out, given the shape of a circle. This is easy to do with a plate.

Grease the pan with butter and fry each cake. First on one side, then on the other. After that, coat each cake with butter.
