Chanterelles with potatoes

You can cook tasty chanterelles with potatoes in pots. In them, potatoes are languishing with mushrooms, meat and potatoes. Everything is poured with mushroom broth and stewed with the addition of sour cream sauce.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, add onions, chanterelles. Add 1 tsp. salt, stir and fry until all the liquid has evaporated and a crust and aroma of fried mushrooms are formed.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Also cut the meat into cubes. Chicken can be replaced with pork. Put potatoes on the bottom in pots, followed by meat, mushrooms.

Prepare broth from bags with ready-made mushroom soup, pour the contents of the pots with the resulting broth.

Cut the tomato into cubes, add sour cream or mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, mix.
