Mannik on kefir with raisins
Here is a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-cook manna. It does not require special ingredients or mixing techniques. Even in vegetable oil, the manna turns out to be lush and airy. Cook and see for yourself!
Fragrant manna in the oven is best cooked with warm kefir. By adding baking soda, you get a delicate, surprisingly airy cake. You can cook it without flour at all, or add a very small amount of it. And it is recommended to bake manna not only in a large form or a frying pan - try using cake tins or silicone kokoshnits. This way your cake will cook much faster and everyone will be delighted by the appearance.
