Pickled bacon in brine with garlic in a jar

Pickled bacon is just a terrific homemade snack. Soft, tender, spicy and aromatic, you just want to prepare it as soon as possible and pamper your family with a delicious delicacy!

Cut the bacon into rectangular cubes.

Peel the garlic and divide it into slices.

We put the water on the fire, add salt, black pepper and allspice to it. Bring the water to a boil.

Put lard and garlic in jars and pour prepared brine on top. We cover the jars with a lid and keep at room temperature for 24 hours. After that, we put it in the refrigerator for another 4 days.

We drain the water from the cans, dry the bacon, wrap it in cellophane and send it to the freezer for several hours.
