With great pleasure I want to share a simple and quick recipe for pancakes with drinking yogurt. The texture is soft, light and airy. A great option for a delicious and hearty breakfast or snack. The amount of granulated sugar can be adjusted independently. Be sure to try cooking!

The first step is to prepare all the necessary ingredients for the yogurt pancakes. Pour drinking yogurt into a deep container, break a chicken egg, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt. Stir thoroughly with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Add baking soda to the mixture. Gradually, in several steps, introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve along with a baking powder. Pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Mix well with a mixer or whisk until smooth. Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet well over medium heat. Then brush with a little vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently place the dough at a distance from each other. When the edges are browned and the dough has set well, use a silicone or wooden spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate lined with napkins so that the excess vegetable oil is absorbed. Serve cooked pancakes on drinking yogurt on the table with aromatic hot drinks, additionally serve jam, jam, condensed milk, honey or sour cream.
