Pour the yogurt pre-warmed to room temperature into a deep container, break a chicken egg, add salt and the required amount of granulated sugar. Gradually, in several steps, add wheat flour and baking soda previously sifted through a fine sieve.

Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth consistency is formed. For convenience, you can use a whisk or mixer. But with a fork, you will also be able to mix the pancake dough well.

Peel the required number of large bananas, slice them lengthwise, and then cut into two or three pieces, depending on the size of the bananas.

Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom over medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the bananas first, and then, using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at a distance from each other on top, spreading it evenly over the pan. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
