Pork chops in a slow cooker

Juicy pork chops in breadcrumbs can be cooked not only on the stove in a frying pan, but also in a slow cooker under the lid. This method of cooking is a real lifesaver in those cases when there is no stove, but you really want chops! A small disadvantage is that you will have to spend a little more time for frying the chops, but you definitely will not have to wash the stove!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
For pork chops, meats such as shoulder, neck, or thigh are fine, but a drier tenderloin is also fine. Rinse and dry the pork, cut into small pieces. Thickness - 0.7-0.9 cm. Beat the pork under cling film, but not too hard, otherwise the meat will lose its juices and become completely dry when frying.
step 2 out of 7
Rub the meat with spices without salt, chopped garlic. Let the meat marinate for 30-60 minutes (the longer the better, but in principle, 30 minutes is enough). Too dry meat can be greased with mayonnaise.
step 3 out of 7
Beat eggs with sour cream and a little salt. Pour flour into one plate, crushed crackers into the other. Salt the chops only now (if you salt them earlier, the meat will juice out under the influence of the salt and become dry). Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode, pour in the oil and wait until it heats up.
step 4 out of 7
Dip the meat in flour first.
step 5 out of 7
Then dip each chop in the egg and sour cream mixture.
step 6 out of 7
Breast the chops in ground breadcrumbs.
step 7 out of 7
Fry the chops for 10-12 minutes in a slow cooker with the "Fry" mode on each side under a lid so that the chops are not dry. At the end, you can put all the chops in the multicooker bowl, add some hot water and simmer with the lid closed in the "Stew" mode so that the chops come out really tender, but if you have young pork, you don't need to stew it.

Bon Appetit!
