Open apricot cake made from yeast dough

A fluffy apricot bun is a great tea dessert that can be made with the most affordable ingredients. Baking with the addition of garden fruits a priori cannot but taste delicious!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Heat milk in the microwave oven and add granulated sugar and 10 grams of yeast to it.
step 2 out of 11
Leave the milk mixture for 10-15 minutes in order for the yeast to activate. If after 15 minutes the consistency of the mass has not changed, mix and wait for another 5-7 minutes.
step 3 out of 11
Lightly beat one chicken egg with a fork or whisk, add salt, vanillin, sunflower and butter and mix well until smooth, then pour everything into the milk mixture.
step 4 out of 11
Gradually introduce flour sifted through a sieve into the resulting mass.
step 5 out of 11
Knead the elastic dough with your hands, cover with a towel or cling film and put it in a warm, unventilated place - rise.
step 6 out of 11
After 35-40 minutes, open the dough, it has increased in volume several times.
step 7 out of 11
Divide the dough into two and carefully lay out one part on the bottom of the baking dish (it is recommended to pre-line it with parchment paper for baking).
step 8 out of 11
We spread the halves of fresh or frozen apricots on the base, distribute them evenly.
step 9 out of 11
From the second part of the test we make decorations, for example, flowers or leaves - it all depends on your imagination. Grease the semi-finished pie with plenty of whipped yolk and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
step 10 out of 11
Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool slightly.
step 11 out of 11
Cut into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
