Pancakes without sugar

Sugar-free pancakes can be made with banana. It will give a subtle pleasant smell and a moist texture, and an overripe banana with a dark skin will work well for baking. In this recipe, you are invited to knead the dough with kefir and from oatmeal and wheat flour in equal amounts. It is suggested to add a little matcha green tea, that is, powdered tea, to the dough.

Place one banana, peeled and cut into pieces, in a blender bowl. Pour kefir, boiling water into a bowl, beat in an egg and add matcha tea and salt. Grind all these ingredients until smooth.

Pour two types of flour into a separate bowl (to get oat flour, grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder). Pour the mashed potatoes from a blender to the flour and knead the dough so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough for 15–20 minutes. During this time, it will become thick.
