Filled pancakes

Pancakes stuffed with chocolate, cooked with kefir, are lush, aromatic, with a delicate crust and a chocolate aftertaste. It is better to take chocolate for these purposes without additives, flavors and substitutes.

Break the chocolate into a bowl.

Melt the chocolate in short 10-second pulses in the microwave, pour into the cornet. Make flat chocolate circles on parchment or a silicone mat by pouring it from a cornet. Put in the refrigerator or freezer and allow to harden.

Drive the eggs into a bowl. Beat them until fluffy. Add granulated sugar and stir. Pour in kefir, salt, sift half the flour, add soda. Beat with a mixer.
