- Stew apricots. We take a frying pan, lay out the apricots and send them to the stove. We simmer so much that the apricots begin to secrete juice. And when the juice begins to evaporate, then we add a piece of butter, powder and mix. The apricots need to be soft, but not burnt.
- In a bowl, mix kefir, egg, and sugar, add flour, soda and salt. Beat everything and knead the dough.
- Sprinkle the table with flour so that the dough does not stick. We divide it into small parts and roll a ball out of it. Then we roll it out and put the filling inside.
- We send the pies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
