Turkey pilaf in a Redmond slow cooker

Multicooker "Redmond" helps each owner of this kitchen gadget to easily and quickly cook pilaf. This model has a program "Pilaf", which maintains the proper temperature balance, and there is an automatic shutdown time, which prevents the pilaf from burning, even if the hostess forgets about cooking. This model gives full guarantee that the pilaf will be crumbly, juicy and tasty. For pilaf, take the flesh of the turkey thigh as the juicier and fattier part of the carcass.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, prepare all the ingredients for the pilaf. Peel the onions and carrots. Measure out the right amount of rice. Rinse the thigh pulp and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
step 2 out of 7
Chop the onion into small pieces. Cut the carrots into thin strips, and the turkey meat into medium pieces.
step 3 out of 7
Pour vegetable oil into a multi-bowl so that it completely covers the bottom. Run the Fry program for 20 minutes and press the Start button.
step 4 out of 7
When the oil is well heated, transfer the chopped vegetables to the bowl and fry them for 3-5 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Then transfer the turkey pieces to a bowl and after 3 minutes of frying, sprinkle the meat with pilaf seasoning so that they fully develop their aroma at high temperature. At the end of frying, salt the meat to your liking and add a little oil if you see that it is not enough.
step 6 out of 7
While the turkey is browning, rinse the rice 5-8 times with cold water. After the end of the "Fry" program, place the washed rice in an even layer on top of the fried ingredients. Salt the rice a little and place the peeled chives in it. Then gently pour hot water into the bowl using a slotted spoon or spatula. Close the cover of the appliance. Turn on the Plov program for the default time. At Redmond it's usually 35-40 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
After the end of the program, leave the turkey pilaf for 10 minutes under the lid closed. Then stir the cooked pilaf with a spatula, remove the sample and the dish can be served to the table.
Bon Appetit!
