First, prepare the vegetables for pilaf. Clean and wash them. Then chop the peppers and carrots into large cubes, and the onion into small ones. Chop the peeled ginger root on a fine grater, fry it in olive oil (1 tablespoon) and after the ginger turns brown, remove it from the pan and fry the chopped vegetables in it. Roast vegetables over medium heat.
On a separate saucer, stir the stock (fish) cube with salt and pilaf seasoning. Then sprinkle the contents of the pots with this mixture, pour 200 ml of water mixed with dry wine to them.
