Today, a large number of people monitor their diet and lifestyle. On the eve of the bright holiday of Easter, I propose to cook a diet cake without wheat flour and granulated sugar. PP kulich on kefir turns out to be no worse than traditional pastries.

Pour kefir into a container and add half a teaspoon of baking soda. Mix thoroughly. The mass will foam and expand. Divide one chicken egg into white and yolk. Put the yolk and a whole chicken egg into the kefir mass and mix thoroughly.

Pour boiling water over the orange, remove the zest with a fine grater and squeeze out the orange juice. Add to the resulting liquid mass. Sprinkle vanillin on the tip of a knife. Combine corn flour with rice flour and baking powder.

Sift through a fine sieve to the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the dried fruits with boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes to swell, then drain through a sieve and chop with a knife.

Add vegetable oil and peeled sunflower seeds or your favorite nuts to the resulting dough. Stir with a whisk. Prepare baking dishes and brush with a little vegetable oil.

Then add the chopped dried fruits and stir again with a whisk. Gently distribute the dough, filling it 2/3 of the height of the molds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the cakes in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Take a look in your oven. Check the readiness of the cakes with a wooden skewer.

Cool the finished cakes completely on the wire rack, turning them on their side. And then remove the paper forms. In the meantime, prepare the frosting. Wipe a deep container with lemon juice.
