Pizza is a great treat for unexpected guests. If you have a recipe for a successful dough in stock, then you don't have to worry about the result - the pizza will be delicious. Especially valuable when such a dough does not involve long cooking and proofing. This recipe is good because it is fast and reliable. The base for the pizza will turn out to be fluffy and porous, with a ruddy soft crust.

Knead the prepared dough with your hands for two to three minutes, so that the mass takes shape and stops sticking to the surfaces. If the consistency of the mass is too soft, add more flour. The finished dough should not be steep, but it should hold its shape well. Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover with a clean towel or tighten with cling film. We put in a warm place for thirty minutes.
During the specified time, the dough will noticeably increase in volume, become softer and more porous. We roll it on a surface oiled with vegetable oil into a thin layer. The rolling thickness is approximately five millimeters. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and place the desired filling on top.
