We heat the water to a temperature of thirty-five - forty degrees. Add dry yeast, granulated sugar to it and mix until they are completely dissolved.

Sift flour into a large bowl. Pour in salt and break the egg. Pour in yeast liquid. First, knead the dough with a spoon, then continue with your hands.

Knead the prepared dough with your hands for two to three minutes, so that the mass takes shape and stops sticking to the surfaces. If the consistency of the mass is too soft, add more flour. The finished dough should not be steep, but it should hold its shape well. Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover with a clean towel or tighten with cling film. We put in a warm place for thirty minutes.
