Linseed flour charlotte

Flaxseed charlotte is ideal for supporters of proper nutrition, as well as for those who are on a gluten-free diet, but love to enjoy a delicious dessert. Thanks to apples and raisins, charlotte acquires a bright taste, and the honey included in the composition ideally complements the spicy notes of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We take part of the light and part of the dark raisins. Our dark raisins are soft - we just rinse them under running water. Light raisins are a little on dry land, so we soak them in boiling water and leave them for 10 minutes, then rinse them with warm water and put them in a colander to drain them.
step 2 out of 6
Using a mixer, beat the eggs into a fluffy foam, then add honey and beat for another minute. If you don't like honey, you can add any sweetener of your choice.
step 3 out of 6
Add flour, starch, slaked soda with lemon juice, melted butter in the microwave to the eggs and mix with a spatula or spoon so as not to lose the splendor of the beaten eggs.
step 4 out of 6
Wash the apples, peel and core them and cut them into pieces of arbitrary shape. If the peel is not too hard, you can leave it. In our case, it was hard on the green apples - we peeled it, on the red apple - we left it. Sprinkle cinnamon on the sliced apples and stir.
step 5 out of 6
Add apples with cinnamon and raisins to the dough. Mix thoroughly and place the dough in a mold. We put the charlotte to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Charlotte browns quickly, so at first you can cover the form with foil for 20 minutes, then open so that it becomes golden brown and baked for another 15-20 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We take out the finished charlotte from the oven, let it cool down and can be served!
