The mouth-watering puff craffin you can easily make at home with a little effort. You will get a very tasty cake when you add nuts and dried fruits to the dish. This cake can be prepared not only for Easter, but also on any weekend.

Dissolve dry yeast and a spoonful of flour in warm milk. Stir the mixture and leave for ten minutes, until a yeast foam forms on the surface of the mixture.

Combine a chicken egg with two yolks and add granulated sugar, then beat the ingredients until whitening.

Sift the flour with salt into a large bowl, pour the dough and egg mixture into the flour. Mix well and start kneading the dough.

Place the well-formed, smooth and non-sticky dough in a greased bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Leave the dough warm for about forty minutes to rise.

Divide the dough in two and form two balls. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest under the towel for about ten minutes.

In soaked raisins, grate the zest of one orange and stir.

Roll the first ball of dough thinly, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Spread the raisins and zest over the dough and roll into a long tight roll, then remove it under the towel and do the same with the second ball of dough.

Put the cakes in a warm place to rise for twenty minutes, and then place the cake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. After that, bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow ready-made cakes to cool, and then you can decorate them and serve.
