Yeast pizza dough in 10 minutes

This dough is prepared with dry fast-acting yeast, so it does not take a lot of time to prepare it. Even if you have no experience with yeast dough, this recipe will not seem complicated. It is important to observe the temperature of the liquid during the cooking process - the water must be heated to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. If the temperature is lower, the yeast will not be able to activate properly and provide a rise in the dough. If the water is overheated, the yeast will die prematurely, which again will negatively affect the fermentation process.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We heat the water on the stove or in the microwave to a temperature of thirty-five to forty degrees. Add dry yeast, granulated sugar and three tablespoons of flour from the total to the warm liquid. We mix everything together with a whisk, trying to achieve uniformity.
step 2 out of 5
We leave the resulting mixture for ten minutes in a warm place - the yeast is activated, and air bubbles will appear on the surface.
step 3 out of 5
After the specified time, pour vegetable oil into the mass and add salt, stir.
step 4 out of 5
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. We knead it with our hands for five minutes so that the mass is well formed and stops sticking to our hands and the working surface. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean towel or tighten with cling film and put in a warm place for ten to fifteen minutes. There is no need to wait for the volume of the dough to increase several times; it is enough to let the yeast "wake up" and slightly loosen the total mass. Next, we cut the dough into the required number of pieces, roll out the round pizza bases and place the desired filling.
step 5 out of 5
We bake the product at a temperature of 200 degrees in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Bon Appetit!
