To make your pizza healthier, you can make the base with whole grain flour. It contains much more vitamins and fiber than premium wheat flour. But in order for the texture of the dough to be optimal, we still add a little traditional flour to the whole grain flour. Delicate mozzarella, tomatoes and Provencal herbs are ideal as a filling.
