Instant dry yeast pizza dough

Dry yeast pizza dough kneads very quickly. It doesn't take much time to get up either. It is enough to let the yeast activate and slightly loosen the total mass. Further, when baking, the dough rises, and the base of the pizza will be soft, tender and with a golden brown crust. Any filling can be used, but still remember that it is better to limit the use of products that are too wet.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We prepare products for making dough. We heat milk on the stove or in the microwave until warm. The required temperature of the liquid is about forty degrees.
step 2 out of 5
Pour dry yeast, salt and granulated sugar into the milk. Stir the mixture until the yeast granules dissolve.
step 3 out of 5
Next, pour half of the specified amount of flour and knead until smooth. We leave the resulting batter in a warm place for twenty minutes to activate the yeast. It is very convenient to use an oven preheated to 40 degrees for these purposes.
step 4 out of 5
After that, we introduce the remaining amount of flour, mix and spread the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour.
step 5 out of 5
We knead the dough into a ball - the mass turns out to be elastic, but soft, elastic. Roll out the dough into a layer to form a pizza and leave it for another ten to fifteen minutes to rise, then lay out the filling and arrange the pizza. It is recommended to bake pizza on such a dough in an oven preheated to 190 degrees on the lower level.

Bon Appetit!
