We preheat the oven to a high temperature of 200-210 degrees, and place the pizza on the middle-lower level. The dough will have time to quickly bake until tender and not dry out, and the surface filling will remain juicy.

After adding flour, start kneading the dough. First, stir with a spoon and then go to manual work. We knead the mass for five to six minutes so that it completely ceases to stick to the hands and the working surface. Roll the prepared dough into a ball and place it in a bowl. Cover with a clean towel and place in a warm place. After an hour, the dough will rise one and a half to two times and become spongy at the cut.
