Curd Easter Three Chocolates

Easter cottage cheese for those who like to tinker in the kitchen to prepare a spectacular dessert. We use chocolate from three widows: white, milk and dark. We mix it with the curd mass and put it one by one in the pasta. The dessert will consist of layers of different shades of chocolate - very beautiful and no less tasty. Additionally, add ground hazelnuts and candied orange peels. This Easter will be appreciated by both adults and children.

We choose fatty cottage cheese: with a fat content of 9-18%. To obtain a uniform texture of the product, rub it through a fine sieve. You can also skip the cottage cheese twice through a meat grinder or punch it with a submersible blender.

We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften by the time of cooking. Add softened butter, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar or vanilla extract to the grated curd.

Beat everything together with a mixer or punch with an immersion blender until completely homogeneous.

Peel the hazelnuts from the top husk and chop in a blender or finely chop with a knife.

Break the white chocolate into small pieces, place in a bowl. We put on a water bath and, with constant stirring, we achieve melting until a liquid homogeneous state.

Divide the prepared curd mass into three parts. Add melted white chocolate to one part, mix.
