- Water - 6 tablespoons

- Put cottage cheese in a bowl, break eggs there and add granulated sugar and vanillin. Mix the ingredients well, then gradually add flour and knead a dough that is uniform in consistency.Divide it in two: add two tablespoons of cocoa powder to one half and stir.
- Sprinkle a little flour on a cutting board, distribute over the surface and start forming curd balls. They should not be large, rather small. Put the balls on a board with flour until the dough runs out.
- Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Dip several balls in the oil for 1-2 minutes so that the balls are completely covered with oil. It is better to put the fried balls on a plate in several layers, covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- In a small saucepan, combine some sugar, cocoa powder and water. Stir the mixture with a whisk and turn on Small heat. Cook the icing without stopping stirring so that there are no lumps. Let the mixture come to a boil, after which you can turn off the stove.
- For balls that you did not add cocoa to, bathe in chocolate icing. Arrange the dessert beautifully on a platter, garnish with fresh fruit pieces and serve. Bon Appetit!
