For high-quality jam from these berries, it is important not to disturb the proportion of berries, sugar and citric acid.

Sort the blueberries carefully. Rinse them in a colander and shake the water. Transfer the berries to a jam pot.

Place the strawberries in a colander, rinse with running water and then remove the sepals. Cut large strawberries into small pieces. Transfer the strawberries to a saucepan.

After this time, put the saucepan over medium heat and bring the jam to a boil. Remove the foam from its surface. Cook the jam over low heat for 15–20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add lemon juice to the jam.
