Strawberry jam with lemon

Citrus-flavored strawberry jam is popular with many people. It goes well with tea and homemade cakes, and it's just a delicious dessert. It is prepared in a slightly different way than ordinary jam. Strawberries with lemon and sugar are infused for 6 hours, and then sterilized in a jar.
