Fried porcini mushrooms with sour cream

Porcini mushrooms in sour cream is a great, primordially Russian dish, tasty and satisfying. Porcini mushrooms are good because they do not boil much during frying and acquire a pleasant golden color.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into bars. Put the skillet on the fire, heat the olive oil and butter in it. Then lay out the mushrooms, fry them over medium heat, all the moisture should evaporate.
